Because they are bored and have nothing better to do... plus it's a way to see how drunk they were last night... not to mention sometimes when they do call it is rather funny.

'Cos they think you're their best mate. hic. Alcohol make them feel as if you're not just a friend, you're the best friend anyone could ever have. When they sober up. yu go back to being a normal friend again. PS- love the name sexpot!

I don't make a habit out of giving my family's phone number to people who I know would abuse the privilege of having access to it. Therefore, I don't have that problem at all.
