Men, Do you even know WHY women love beige bras? Did you even know that they serve a purpose other than being ugly?

White girls wear them because they blend in with the skin tone and they can wear light colored blouses without their bras being as noticeable. I don't think they're ugly.

Yes, as Someguy mentioned it's to blend with the skin. I grew up with my mom, her 6 sisters and my sister so I learned a lot of this stuff from them.

I wear beige bras because they camouflage better than white! I also wear beige thongs when I wear white bottoms- they're not noticeable at all!! P.S I'm not a man. xD

They used to market a line of men's boxers called "Ugly Boxers". They were designed to look horrible. Their catch phrase was "She can't wait to get you out of them". Maybe the beige bra is the female version?

Beige Bra, my wife has a couple along with White, Purple, Red and Orange. She often wears a white shirt with the Red bra, Red Belt and Striped Socks just to be different and get noticed. Daily life is Beige for the basic support.

I guess it would depend on the woman's skin color and body type. (And YES... I know a bra's purpose. For young girls, they might not be needed, but for those with large bousoms and those a bit older (hanging more), they DO serve a purpose!) As for these... I don't see ANY type of problem. If YOU do, I, personally, think YOU might have a problem! LOL

Men have a problem with beige bras? Are you sure you aren't just talking about one man? If someone is gonna nitpick on a woman just because of the colour of the bra that she chose to wear, I guess he's not really that into her. I could be wrong, though.

For the life of me I can't understand why any kind of beige lingerie is being sold. Not very pretty.

I don't know and don't care. I'm not so shallow as too pick apart a women by what undergarments she wears. I have no problem with beige and had no idea it was even frowned upon.

I am a guy who wears womens clothes. I know enough to wear beige bras (and panties for that matter) when I do not wish them to show through my blouse or pants. I have several beige bras that are not what I would consider "ugly"

i can tell you why i like beigh bras because.they can be worn under certain garments. and to the man who said they make things smell better he is weird.

Sara, it appears to be just your personal opinion that beige is an ugly color. Perhaps it doesn't blend well with your complexion, or it clashes with the color(s) of clothing that you like. I'm still reading all the answers and comments, but I have yet to come across the reason you state that women wear them. I look forward to finding out. Thanks for your question.

They ate not beige bras they are called nude color technically. They are supposed to be skin color or close to it. You can wear white over it and your bra will not show. White bra under white top will show. If you want your bra to not show you wear a nude bra. Its as simple as that. Unfortunately lots of women dont know that.
