  • NO!!!! Bananas are actually great for your teeth!!!!! They do not stick to your teeth(so they don't really cause decay) and they help prevent gum disease! Scientists actually call bananas natures candy bars! So eat up in (MODERATION) of course!!!
  • only if they are frozen.
  • No bananans are very good for you if you eat them in moderation like any other food. About 1 a day should be enough. They are a great source of potassium, folate and vitamin A. Studies have shown those who eat bananas regularly have a much lower risk of high blood pressure than those who don't eat the fruit at all. Avocados are the fruit you should really watch not eat to much of as they are high in calories because of the fat content even though it's healthy fat . There's about 30 grams of fat per medium sized avocado. So they are the fruit highest in calories you should watch for weight loss. Carbohydrates in bananas are only 4 calories per 1 gram but the fat in avocados is 9 calories per 1 gram. But even so avocados are still great for you as well. They have all the essential vitamins and minerals but shouyld be consumed less than the banana.
  • The simple answer is Yes, bananas are bad for your teeth--but it's a very misleading answer. All foods can be bad for your teeth. If you don't brush your teeth after eating, the sugars, acids, etc found in food will lead to tooth decay.
