  • "The First Commandment" by Brad Thor
  • James Patterson...3rd Degree.
  • I am in between books, right now. But I love to read, I have over a 1000 books right next to me.
  • Always. I am usually reading at least three books at any given time.
  • I have to read when I go to bed to get to sleep - doesn't matter how late it is, or even if I only read a page or so, but I have to pick up a book. I'm reading three at the moment: Hugo Pepper to my daughter at her bedtime; Bad Luck and Trouble (Lee Child) for relaxation; and Getting Things Done (David Allen), a factual book supposed to improve my time management and productivity, but it's not working for me (probably David Allen's never heard of Answerbag ;))
  • I spend SOOOOO much time on wikipedia lol. I usually read the front page daily and click on the links to other things. I end up reading things completely off topic from where I started but I love it!
  • Oh I forgot, I'm currently reading, Mere Christianity by C S Lewis and I just started reading The Velveteen Principles (based on the story the Velveteen Rabbit) great kids book; to my two princesses in the evening. They were starting to spend too much time in the tv, so i took it away and now we read and talk. good for the soul and relationships as well. Thanks for the replies.
  • HAHAHAHA. Your question cracked me up. I read constantly. I just finished Robert Jordan's "Wheel of Time series (11 books). Before that, it was "The Historian" by Elizabeth Kostova and "The Kite Runner" by Khaled Hosseini. Now I'm reading, "A New Earth" by Eckhart Tolle.
  • I don't read the printed word very much any more, in the form of books. I read the newspaper every day, and the Science Fiction magazines that I subscribe to, but most of my reading is online these days. I already own over a thousand books, but I don't have room for many more, because my quilt fabric stash is taking over the house. I have a stack of baby books around that I read to my year old grandson when I'm babysitting.
  • I'm a mix of tons of online reading .. fiction books that I listen to (on tape or CD) .. podcasts I listen to on computer or MP3 player .. and yes, good old hold in your hands print books, magazines and even local newspaper. In fact, love going to the bookstore (usually includes a cup of coffee while there too) and to my local public library. Never come home empty handed from either one! lol -- Print media I have going at the moment? "One Memory at a Time: Inspiration & Advice for Writing Your Family Story" by D.G. Fulford -- "New Media" (The Reference Shelf: Vol 78 No 2) -- 3 magazines that just happen to be in signt as I type this (Genealogical Helper, Real Simple (organizing), Internet Genealogy) -- "Chamomile Mourning" by Laura Childs (mystery) -- "Karavans" by Jennifer Roberson (SF novel). -- Ask next week and you'll see a different list. Have stacks waiting for me, and hey - I'll be at the bookstore and library again. :)
  • This question has been asked before, but not quite in the manner you are posing it. I keep answering it, that's how I know! I am currently reading and re-reading a bunch of books on energy, i.e. Carolyn Myss, Ram Dass, Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, those guys.
