That song might be the world's most covered song...(?) In about 1964 I was singing the version popular at the time and my parents heard me. They thought it was pretty funny that the song was seen as a "new" song. Sam Cooke sang it in the early 60s, Dean Martin sang it before that, and who knows who sang it before Dean?
