If I had to choose between liver and having popsicle sticks jammed into my eyesockets, I'd go with liver.
-
Cooked liver....blech!! Liverwurst I love :)
-
It's soooo good with onions, gravy and mashed potatoes!
-
I actually really like liver.... fried chicken livers and Beef liver with onions. I am borderline anemic so it is good that I do like it lol.
-
You do not have to be picky to hate liver. It is about the most disgusting thing that was ever cooked. People tell me that they go fishing with liver as a bait. I hate it so bad that I wouldn't eat the fish that were caught with liver. It is revolting!!!
-
I hate liver in any way, shape, or form. The texture just repulses me.
-
I like calve's liver thinly sliced and fried with a touch of red wine.
-
There is a reason its a dog treat. Yuck.
-
g'day Symbeline, Thank you for your question. I don't mind it. It isn't something that I would eat regularly but would happily eat it if it was served to me. Regards
-
Ugh! Augh! Ack! Blechhhhhhh! Yyuchchchchch! Pewk! Liver! Beef liver and onions. Ewwwwwwwwwwwww. HOWEVER, if you take a little chicken liver, cook it just a little, saute a whole lot of onion, and put it into a blender with a whole lot of butter and herbs and a bit of cognac, you have a divine pate that people will worship at your feet for making.

I love it but haven't been eating it the last few years because of understanding more that the animals liver filters out the toxins for the animal and I don't think I want to eat that if it may have some toxins left in it . . . probably stupid and I'd love someone to provide info that would make me comfortable eating it again.
-
Love it with mashed potatoes.
-
I hate it.
-
I enjoy having one. ;) I don't like the smell of cooking liver. I had some while I was in the Himalayas about 30 years ago and it wasn't that bad. Perhaps because it was cooked outdoors at high altitude in some of the world's cleanest air, the odor wasn't even noticeable.
-
I love it. Liver is actually one of my favorite foods. Thanks for brining it up, I think I'll pick some up for dinner tommorrow.
-
I'll eat it. Mashed potatos and sauteed onions.
-
I like goose & duck livers made into a light pate surrounded by snow-white fat, served on crusts of hot sourdough loaves with red onion & vine-ripened tomato slices. Complimentary beverage = Harp's Lager. Gawddamn! Sounds really fine at 3:15 a.m.! ;-)
-
I enjoy calves' liver once in a while, especially with onions and bacon. No-one else in the family likes it though, so I usually eat it at a restaurant or diner.
-
lambs liver with bacon hmm fantastic
-
hate it i am picky though
-
I have never been able to try it. Considering the function the liver has in the body, it truly disgusts me to think about someone eating it. It is likely I will not try liver in my life.
-
I've never tasted it and never will.
-
I don't care much for organ meat, no pun intended.
-
I cant stand it, never could. I think it has a lot to do with the texture.
-
It depends upon how it's cooked. Cut into strips and cooked in oil with a wok, along with vegetables and mushrooms, it's great! : ))
-
Hate it! You cant make me eat it! And that's all there is to it!
-
I will eat fish & bird, but I will not consume any mammal product ... and I will not consume any internal organs from the fish or birds that I do eat. ... so put me on the HATE liver list.
-
yucky!
-
My Mother-in-law has actually fixed liver so that I can eat it. I never in my life thought it would happen. She is a miracle cook.
-
my favorite!!
-
The thought of eating ANY animal organ repulses me. Therefore I don't eat liver, heart, lungs, brain, eyes, stomach, spleen, pancreas, kidneys, intestines, skin, bladder, and especially "rocky mountain oysters".
-
I don't even wanna smell it.
-
I eat it about 4 times a year.
-
I used to but, can't stand it these days.
-
Hate it too. And I'm not usually picky either :)
-
I love some liver, but I'm very picky how it's cooked, so I prefer to do it myself. I adore rabbit liver, it's like the finest pate, so delicate and light. But I also love deer liver soaked in milk and cooked with onions and oranges.
-
Someone else can have my share. I dislike it.
-
My mom used to make liver for the whole family and I was the only one who couldn`t eat it. The very smell of liver cooking will make me literally vomit.
-
My family loves it.
-
yum. liver and onions
-
I am not touching that...NO thank YOU !!
-
With organ function in mind, it's like eating the oil filter of your car. No thanks.
-
Love it with Onions and Gravy.
-
I don't eat any "organ" meat, liver, gizzards, intestines, heart etc. Yuck
-
I will not let liver enter my home!
-
I hate it almost as much as I hate okra. Anyone else reminded of eyeballs when you poke it after it's been boiled? Oh, and when it's been fried, it feels how I would imagine an eye would exploding in my mouth. Ew, I feel sick now.
-
There is nothing wrong with a good feed of Lamb's Fry (liver) and Bacon...yummmmm!!!! It has to be just right though :)
-
Get it away from me.
-
Love it
-
I find organ meats are very difficult for me to digest. I avoid eating liver at all costs.
-
Love liver and onions.Put that with some fried okra and you've got a meal!Must be a southern thang.LOL
-
I love it.with braised onions and apples and homefries....soooooooooo good
-
Not a big fan except fresh deer liver.
-
I eat it once in awhile. Calf's liver is less strong than beef liver and I prefer that. Chopped chicken liver is very good but pate is even better. So yes, I enjoy it, some types more than others.
-
I only ate it when my Grandmother cooked it, and she died years ago.
-
As long as there is plenty of ketchup and onions im game!
-
I like liver now and again cooked in the oven with onions and gravy.
-
