• You are thinking too much about yourself and not about other people. People really aren't all waiting to check you out. They too are worried about themselves. If you thought more about others and what they want and how to please them, then your mind wold be off of you and you could relax a bit. Give to others and it will lessen. You are just inexperienced and haven't learned how to be comfortable socially.
  • Anxiety probably social anxiety but it depends if it actually gets in the way of everyday life to be diagnosed
  • Yeah... You're normal. It's what you do despite being nervous that makes all the difference
  • it might be, maybe you should talk to a counselor about it, they might be able to help you out
