What is a good shrub to plant in wet, mostly clay ground? I have full sun and also shade areas that I'd like to plant. I'm in Ontario, Canada.

I like tea olives they can be grown together or apart when you crush a leaf it smells like hot tea also I would mix in cow do do with the dirt when you plant

Wet and clay. Probably the most difficult soil conditions. Add lots of ammendments like gypsum and compost. Perhaps raise the area to get some drainage. Plants in the willow family do well in wet areas.
