I prefer lake front over sea front :)

Palana, Kamchatka, Russia. Nobody lives there. It'd be the perfect hideout. You could build an under ground garage that linked to an underground facility and that would lead to...
-
At the foot of the mountain with a view to the city.
-
On the rock plateau of a mountain looking over an ocean.
-
In the Smokey Mountains, away from everyone.
-
In a big field of cannabis
-
In the wilderness by a stream or a small lake. Gotta be out in nature, maybe Vancouver Island or my own island:-)
-
In Pilio or in Halkidiki, Greece. Both places compine sea and mountain. I'd love going for a swim in the morning and for a long walk in the evenings... And both places are close to big cities, so everything would be within reach.

I'd still build it in Maryland, but maybe in the suburbs someplace.
-
In a cliffside, like a cave dwelling, with huge windows looking out at the desert, house staying cool all summer long.
-
In Hammond, Indiana one block away from First Baptist Church.
-
Here on the Farm.

Assuming it's in the U.S., I'd like it somewhere where property taxes are low, it isn't too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter. I'd also like to have it located in sort of a country setting with some well-landscaped land around the house planted to like a formal English or herb garden. And hopefully, quiet neighbors. I don't think I'd like the beach as a permanent home site. The noisy summer tourists and the threat of ocean storms wrecking the house would be enough deterrent for me.
-
I'd pay for it myself, thank you, and would be as close to the middle of nowhere as possible.
-
In the woods, somewhere in New England.
-
In an exclusive part of the city, where the rich and famous live.
-
Probably on a mountainside. Off-grid and independent of course. I'm open to various areas of the country.
-
my dream house would be built in the smoky mountains.... it's beautiful all year round......i love the mountains...........any time of the year......
-
money on object.. well i think at the bottom of the Mediterranean sea in a giant bubble. with a sort of glass elevator tube that took me to the surface. also this house has gotta be pretty big. OR i just realized maybe one in a giant hot air bubble, that just endlessly floated around across the sky. you said this was free of charge

Simply, you know more about it than I do. I'm originally from Chicago and I used to get to First Baptist Church on the yellow buses and sometimes the South Shore trains.
-
in a big city, full of people and life
-
On the west coast in Oregon or Washington. Even Alaska would be wonderful. On a ridge or a cliff set back in the woods but overlooking the ocean.
-
In a rural area of Maryland would be good enough for me. I hate the city life.
-
In the countryside
-
I prefer buying a ready made house!
-
No sucjh thing as a dream house. Only in fairy tales.
-
In the country, close to the river and the mountains :)

Honolulu on Waikiki Beach.

Northern California, Southern Oregon Coast over looking the Pacific Ocean from a high place 200 to 300 hundred feet with a private sandy beach and a cove or harbor big enough for a warf and deep enough for my ships with a private stairway down to them and in the evenings I would Bar-B-Que Buffalo Steaks and Lobster while watching the golden sun go down and kiss the silvery sea before me ... ~Nemo~

Anchorage, Alaska...if you haven't been, you're missing out. It is breath taking
