  • eat something is the obvious answer.
  • 2-27-2017 Figure out how much fat you want per day and get it all for the first meal. Fat slows digestion so you have a steady supply of energy all day and you don't get hungry between meals.
  • Don't think about it. Keep busy with something else, and when you feel hungry, don't pause to think on it and feel it. Just keep going.. Eventually dieting becomes effortless as you finally get used to eating light and keeping busy. It's a lifestyle change, not a breath-holding kind of thing you have to do.

  • What works for me to lose or maintain weight is a loose version of the old Atkins diet (high protein). Stay away from sugar and carbs as much as possible and eat protein and non-starch veggies. Meat is goof for protein but keep it reasonably lean, beans is even better. The protein allows you to go much longer before without hunger but a certain amount of self control is always required.
