Victoria’s Secret sells “body by Victoria” which are wonderfully stretchy and feel great. My wife loves them and the XL size fits me great (40 waist). Lane Bryant also sells larger size panties.

While I don't dare wearing actual panties - I found a great place on the net that sells very panty-like underwear for men. All styles from briefs to thongs and all made out of nylon trictor (so thin and sensitive). They even sell them in a lot of feminine colors like pink and yellow which are normally reserved for women's panties. Its called JG2 - you can google it. I own quite a few pair.
