Since saliva is mostly water, I can't think of a chemical that is produced in the mouth that would triple it's boiling point.

don't know if it's three times but it may well be higher than water if only because there are salts in your saliva, remember that when you add salt to water it boils at a higher temperature.

Any time you add impurities to water it usually lowers it's freezing temperature and raises its boiling point.

No. The boiling point of saliva is approximately 100.2 degrees celcius. Another website reported it, more accurately, at 100.16 degrees celcius.
