  • Eat a teaspoon of raw sugar.
  • Singers trick...take a massive breath in and fill your lungs until you feel like you absolutely can't suck in any more, wait 5-10 seconds (DON'T pass out!!!) and then suck in a little bit more and let out.
  • Well, what usually works for me is either a teaspoon of lemon juice or a teaspoon of soy sauce. But you say yours are really strong so maybe you'll need to repeat after a few minutes.
  • Take a finger and put it on the nose just where it meets the forehead. Slide it straight up 3/4 to one inch and press firmly. Hold pressure for 15-30 seconds. you may have to try several different times to find just the right spot. I have had success on myself and complete strangers with this. Let me know and good luck
  • I know how painful it is and I do not know that there is a cure for it. I used to suffer from this and sometimes I could have hiccups for 2 or 3 days in a row until I could not stand the pain in my ribs any more. I really wish I could have some consoling words for you. The only thing I can say is you have all of my sympathy and understanding.
