Nothing at all. As long as there is a reason for the redundancy.

Nothing at all. The only difference it might make is if the bank charges for the account or transactions etc if you have less than a certain balance. It's easier to keep the balance at the right level in one account. However, if there are no such charges, or if you can easily maintain the minimum required balance, then it shouldn't be a problem.
