By trying to make her feel comfortable and being able to trust you. Then ask her basic non personal questions. Although it's not definate, shy people talk when they want to, which is rarely, lol.

Find out something that she likes, or is intested in. Then, strike up a conversation about it. Even if she is shy, she will probably open up about something that interests her.

Just stop trying to make her talk & she wouldn't feel soo pressured to do so, just let het her open when she's ready. Some people are just naturally quiet & content with it, it gets annoying when people try to make em' talk.

Be really talkative to her. No matter what - just keep talking to her, and about her interests and debates. She is sure to give out an opinion eventually. Something that gets women talking is sexism. Just say something like "I think there's a lot of sexism in music videos nowadays, like in rap videos" - refering to scantally clad women, then make yourself to hate it for her. She'll think you're a proper gentlemen and you incinuate to her that what you want is a real woman - her.

I am a shy / quiet. People make me talk by..they talk to me..something i can relate to. so you need to do the same ... find something in common. or just go up and say i love your shirt! start a converstation...go for it. good luck :)

I'm shy. I'm perfectly talkative, though, if it's just me and one other person. I could be in a room with 2 of my best friends and I'm still quiet. I think it has something to do with me letting them talk when I can't think of anything to say. But, yeah, I suppose if you try 1 on 1, it could work. I could be alone with a perfect stranger and talk their ear off.

Never give up on her. Keep coming up to her daily and saying hi. Eventually she'll get more comfortable.Also, give her something special once in awhile.

to make a quite gal talk just make her feel comfortable once she is comfortable she will talk to you without your initiation..... don't try to make her feel special as it will surprise her or make her more incomfortable
