  • Bumble Bee has a wonderful tuna "very low sodium chunk white albacore in water". One serving is 70 calories, 1.0g. fat, 35mg. of sodium, 0g. of carbs, and 15g. of protein. Use it out of the can on top of lettuce and tomatoes with mushrooms. I also mix a little of low-fat mayo and apple cider vinegar to it and have a wonderful sandwich on Ezekiel low sodium bread topped with lettuce and tomatoes. Or a tuna melt is great topped with a slice of soy cheese.
  • Dried crickets. Yum.
