You'll need to buy USB cable for your phone. Also you may use IrDA cable (with IrDA port at one end) or Bluetooth dongle if your phone supports these connections.

if you have a motorola, get a program called Mobile Phone Tools, that will do it, along with a USB cable

i have this thing called pics and tunes and you can move all your somgs and pics to your phone(depending on what phone you have)you can make your own songs 2..and it has every hook up from eack phone that attaches to the usb cable for use.

It really depends on which phone model you have. For instance i have a sony ericson which has a memory card. i simply put it in my memory slot and open up the folder in my computer, and copy the music over. Before that i had a samsung with internal memory, in which i had to instal the software, and use the supplied usb data cable to connect and transfer data over.
