Although I grew up in the country I always knew I was a city boy. I moved to the city when I was 18 and loved it. I enjoyed always being surrounded by strangers and the variety of things to do. Now that I am 30 I have moved back to the country. It's easier to garden here and I don't have to fight the traffic. I would probably still enjoy the city, but it's more important to be close to my family these days.

I'm more of a small city person. A town is too small, the country is too boring (although beautiful to look at), and a large city loses a lot of character sometimes. The small city I live in now is perfect :) 38,000 people and I live in the center, and it's a 15-20 minute walk to the countryside. :)
