  • That depends, are there any witnesses?
  • I do not view individuals treatment of me as defining my worth, and conseqently tend to be very tolerent of most mistreatment. However, I do understand my value and will defend my ideals and beliefs, but not in such a way as to cause harm or determent of the other person(s) involved.
  • Honestly, I have zero tolerance for people treating me poorly. Sometimes people think I'm a bit harsh on that subject...but I don't. I find that if someone is going to be crummy towards me then they really aren't worth my time.
  • I give them a little of this...
    • MCMLIX
      5-12-2008 WOW!
  • If they won't tell me what they think I did wrong then I can't explain myself for what could be a misunderstanding....or if I did say something then I am still entitled to my opinion whether they agree with me or not. If they choose to ignore me then it's on them because they want it that way. I am not pushing myself on anyone. I still feel bad about it though.
  • It depends if it is an acquaintenance, friend or perfect stranger. If it is a stranger, I just pretend it didn't happen because they don't know me from Adam so how could it be personal. If it's an acquaintenance, I overlook it the first time. If it's a friend, I ask if I've done something to upset them because that wasn't my intention at all.
  • Yeah, I usually do. I'm really nonconfrontational. When people treat me poorly, I just think how sad it is that they have such little character.
  • Nope! I tell them what I think and ask them what their problem is!
  • sometimes I just let it slide, if a friend does it then they get to turn the compost Heap for a Month!
  • Normally no. However I'll grind my teeth if it's someone with a position of power over me. If I don't take it than I just generally tell them to bug off, arguing isn't worth the effort unless it's going to have some long lasting effects.
  • I'm pretty easy going when it comes to people treating me badly, if it's a little too much, I'll retort with some kind of joke tomake light of the situation while letting them know that they're out of line, but when it comes to people I care about getting mistreated, I'm much more defensive for them, but only when it's appropriate.
  • No, I usually treat people the way they treat me.
