Nothing is unhealthy - in moderation. OK, I take that back - poison and serious drugs are unhealthy even in small doses. But you get my point. :o)
-
Only if you drink too much of it.
-
Oh goodness, I hope not.
-
It's okay in moderation.
-
It has to be because people like it
-
I don't think so ...only if it is done in moderation :-)

My unresearched but highly observed opinion: I think coffee can be very unhealthy in large amounts. If a person were to drink a cup or two a day, I don't see any harm in it, however from experience and observation, consuming large amount of caffeine can cause stomach pain, irritability, bowel issues, fast heartbeat, halitosis, financial difficulties ($6 cappuccino), and dependence issues. Take it easy and you'll be fine.
-
I don't think drinking coffee is unhealthy. I like to drink coffee and tea.
-
Definitely unhealthy. It's super addictive - asking people (most of whom consume it including doctors) whether its healthy or not is like asking crack addicts do they think crack should be avoided. It creates and potentiates stress and unbalanced blood sugar. It is one of the reasons for the obesity/pain epidemic that so many idiots pop pills for while they wink at each other how they love their coffee. If you want to know if coffee is healthy or not - quit drinking it for a week and you'll have your answer as your world is turned upside down with withdrawal sypmtoms that even ex-heroin addicts would categories as intolerable.

There has been studies on this subject and it appears that it is only a theory that changes back and forth. There are both positive and negative effects that drinking coffee has. Personally speaking it has more good effects then bad and I have never heard of anyone suffering long term problems by drinking coffee. Everything we do to our bodies should be done in moderation as anything at high dosages can harm us. Drinking a few cups a day should not harm you at all.
-
All of you who are drinking coffee and think it is fine for you should take a look at all the studies. It is terrible for you body and loaded with toxins. Don't take my word for it check out the studies. Don't drink that crap.
-
Yes.
-
I think so.
-
all things in moderation. Nothing in excess is healthy.
-
YES AND IF YOU DRINK 105 CUPS IN 24 HOURS, - YOUR DEAD.
-
No way! It's unhealthy for other people around me if I don't get my morning cup of Joe!
-
I don't believe it is unless the following is happening: 1) it keeps you awake at night because you are drinking too much during the day or too much at night, 2) it is causing you to have acid reflux, or 3) it's causing your blood sugar to drop
-
It allows me to greet the day with a smile on my face. And it has anti-oxidant properties. So, NO, imo.

Here's some thought: http://www.akatoo.com/question.html?question_id=104460
-
No.
-
Not in moderation.
-
Too much coffee can overhype your nervous system and make you tense and cause you to lose sleep.

Coffee has lead nickel cadmium in it because the plant extracts these from the polluted soils found in third world countries. Moreover, many third world countries uses human feces on their crops which are full of dormant disease and antibiotics. Many blends are overly acidic. Coffee actually increases aging because it contains toxins and is a diaretic. Most heaters have heavy metals to release into the water and the dipensers are usually made if PVC which release dioxin. Who knows what else is added to Starbucks blends! In terms of having a couple of cups a day, at one time a cup was between 6 and 8 ounces. Coffee like cocoa was healthy years ago but the toxins outweight the benefits. Those days are gone.
-
Yes it is...but what isn't unhealthy now days?
-
Drinking coffee in moderation is very good for you, but more than about three cups per day can become problematic. http://www.realage.com/tips/coffee-talk-its-good-for-your-brain
-
Of course not.
-
No its rather refreshing
-
To much of anything is not good. Coffee and AB included. Wish I could take my own advise.
-
could care less,i'm drinking it no matter what.
-
Anything in excess can be unhealthy. Coffee is rich in antioxidants and can be very healthy in moderation.
-
Yes, it's contains a drug. I do not do caffeine in any way, shape or form. So it's real interesting when I do, two fast cups of coffee is like doing mushrooms. One cup is a buzz, the problem is the next day my energy is depressed. A cup gets me back to "normal" energy levels. What a waste of money a good nights sleep has the same effect and it's good for you.
-
No, i just saw ne of those doctor shows telling everyone coffee is good for you.
