• I'm not only a daydream believer, but I have dated a homecoming queen back in the day.
  • It's inherently neither. Day dreaming is fine if you're in an appropriate situation and have the time, but not so good if you're driving down the road. It's all about context.
  • It is part of is good as long as it does not go to extremes
  • It is your body's way of relaxing. It is an opportunity for the brain to put things in order. But if it goes on too long, you might get the sack! LOL
  • If you are just sitting, doing nothing else, it can be very good for your imagination and relaxation ... however, if you are trying to juggle running chainsaws and lit torches while riding a unicycle on a tightrope over a canyon, then daydreaming can be deadly.
  • It's a great way to sort things out when all is quiet and your mind isn't jumbled up with the phone ringing, dogs barking,or kids pulling at you.
  • It's good for me.
  • I enjoy it immensely, but it's really bad for me. Really bad... class is 50 minutes long, and I spend about 48 of them staring out the window just thinking about dreaming and wishing and hoping and wishing and hoping and dreamin'.
  • For me? It is a very good thing.
  • I think its good. I takes you away from reality for a little bit. As long as you're not daydreaming 18 hours out of the day, I don't think there's anything wrong with it.
  • I think that it can serve a good purpose for most people. If it's not done to the exclusion of actually doing things, it's a great way to try out new ideas, or relieve stress, work through a problem, find a solution.
  • Its not just good for you its essential. Without daydreaming you would become fully absorbed in what you were doing all the time and not explore any ideas which are not related to the way you are thinking. Your thinking would be allways on the same lines and you would not bring any new radical ideas into your life and you would be very much single-dimentional life would be dull and there would be no abstract thoughts or anything left to the imagination and you would stagnate.
  • Good, it lets you think of what you really want in life and create a plan to obtain it.
  • its a good thing- day dream to the extreme- ( hey that rhymes) thats how geniuses are made.
  • It's a good thing to day dream but they say for a long period of time it is no good.
