THIS IS A TECHNIQUE USED IN PRISON TO MAKE TATTOO INK HOPE IT HELPS. What you would need. plastic razor mirror razor blade bottle cap shampoo water lighter(or something that would burn plastic) toothpick steps 1.take the plastic razor and burn it with the lighter. 2. wait until black smoke comes out of the razor. 3.put the mirror like 5 inches away from the razor so it would catch all the black particles. 4.wait till mirror turns black.( be careful b/c the plastic will be melting and it might fall in the cap and mess everything up.) 5.do not breath near the mirror b/c the particles will be blown away. 6.carefully grab the the razor blade and scrape off the particles from the mirror into the bottle cap. 7.carefully put a drop of water into the particles in the cap. 8.grab the toothpick and move the particles around in the water. (water should be black by now but it should not have 2 much water.) 9.grab the shampoo and put 2 drops of it into the cap and move around with toothpick.(this should help the ink become more thick and it would disinfect the ink.) YOU ARE DONE AND YOU SHOULD HAVE SOME GOOD BLACK INK (PUT MORE PARTICLES IN THE CAP TO MAKE THE INK MORE DARKER.) ANOTHER TIP TO REMOVE SOME TATTOO INKS DIP THE TATTOO NEEDLE IN WHITE MILK AND TATTOO OVER THE TATTOO YOU WANT TO REMOVE A COUPLE OF TIMES UNTIL IT DISAPPEARS. IF IT HURTS YOU THIS SHOULD TEACH YOU TO GET A TATTOO THAT YOU WOULD NEVER WANT TO REMOVE.

Homemade inks are often not safe. And while TattooBlaster's answer was very thorough (frighteningly so in fact) I've never seen a prison tattoo that looked halfway decent. While I'm sure it's never the sole fault of the ink, no homemade ink will be as safe or give results like commercially made tattoo ink.

what do you need 1 pencil battery 1 razor blade 1 piece of papper 1 tea spoon cocconut oil 1 small pot 1.take the batteri & then cut it.open the carbon stick from the battery. 2. take blade,make carbon stick to carbon powder. 3.mix it with a drop of cocconut oil that is your tattoo ink.

Burn a piece of paper & add a small amount of water. Burn the paper somewhere you can get to the ashes & dump it into water. Like on an old wooden board. for best results clean the board off first so there wont be any dirt mixing with the ashes. let it dry then burn the paper. take a razor & chop the ashes til its powder like & dump into water. Amount of water depends on how much paper you burn. You can also burn a small amount of plastic to mix in with it.

easy way at home is to burn some paper, use the black ash, add water and a little shampoo depending on how much your making. may take a few times but make sure you mix just enough so u have a nice texture of black ink. good luck!! and do not use PEN INK!!

burn some type of plastic any color and mix it with about a dime size of shampoo and water until thickin

simple just take a small sheet metal and a lighter and hold the lighter under the metal and light it and hold it there till the metal turns black and then scrape the soot (black stuff on the metal) off into a cap and then mix it with some shampoo. I MAKE IT THIS WAY ALL THE TIME. allways works and good to use.
