  • whats always worked for me is numbers. DHs are a small 40k force who only excel in CC, as a chaos player when i fight DH i just field tons of chaos marines (40-50 with power fist, heavy bolter and plasma gun) backed up by a rock solid chaos lord as my leader and depending on the point size usually a defiler, this means i outnumber the Grey knights and out match the storm troopers. as i have so many troops if they charged me they would face a wealth of attacks (each marine has 2 each!), and not forgetting in the shooting phase they would have to deal with over 100 rapid fire bolter shots, (plus plasma and heavy bolters!) and the constant instant death shot from the defiler. in all fairness it is easiest if you play imperial guard as all you need is a few leman russ and equip all troops with carapace armour so no matter what you will always get your 4+ save against their storm bolters, and you can be really nasty and have a squad of your own Grey knights :).
  • hmm, nice army, though, just take plague marines in squads of 5 with plasma all round and you can win no matter the odds. but if you want to beat deamonhunters, you must remember that they can take IG or SM, and the smart person will take an IG or SM army with the deamonhunters as the allies, makeing it no restrictions, yes russes own everything, but if you want to beat deamonhunters, try to use weapons like plasma, battle cannons and heavy bolters. btw grey knights are not really worth there points. beleive in the footslugger, the good old IG/stormtroopers.
  • with a hammer, hit them hard boy!!!
  • By getting a job
  • they're usually small and powerfull, mob their combat units and blow up whatever shooty guys they have then, when their units have chewed through the speedbump units, shoot them till they're gone :)
