  • heartache or physical pain?? not much choice...i'd rather be immune to both.
  • Physical pain... having heartache allows you to grow, learn and appreciate things you have. Heartache is healthy. It keeps us human.
  • Heartache. There are no pills or booze that ever make it go away.
  • I'm already immune.
  • Neither thanks. Pain exists for a reason. Heartache helps us to grow and become stronger as people, and physical pain serves the basic biological purpose of letting us know when our bodies are being damaged. Without emotional pain, I'd be an empty, hollow shell of a human being, and without physical pain, it would be all too easy to let my body get badly messed up. So I don't think I'd want to be immune to either, but if I had to pick one it would be physical pain, just because that wouldn't change who I am so much.
  • Heartache. I can't channel my thoughts away from heartache like I can physical pain. I can meditate and control the 'pain' of something physical to a point, but have never been able to do that to heartache.
  • Physical pain..heartache, like sorrow, lessens over time..physical pain may intensify! :(
  • Physical pain.
  • Physical pain. There are some things I'm afraid of that center around physical pain. And being a woman, I have to go through it on a regular basis.
  • For so many years I was immune to heartache. It is easy just don't go all in. well I did just that. Now I wish I was immune to heartache. The pain seems unbearable. I just don't know how to get past it. I am in my forties experiencing this for the first time. Wow this is a bitch. I paid a health price to be with this person and she kicked me to the curb.
  • Physical pain.
  • Neither. You have to experience both. Without physical pain you wouldn't know to not stick your hand on a hot burner, etc. Without heart ache you'll never know what love is etc.
  • Neither they both serve a purpose.
