Hmmmm, this could be a hackers question trying to find out what computer to hack into to try and get important details! Mine IS set up to save my passwords, but I run about 20 firewalls so doubt anyone other than a real expert could hack in and even if they did they would only get access to small things (such as AB or facebook) and not my bank. I caution anyone who answers this question.

No. It is not the computer that saves passwords. Passwords can be saved by various tools if you want them to be saved, for example, a browser could ask if you want to save password when logging in. Also, there are programs called password managers; they can save passwords and keep them safe.
