Definetly faces.

I usually notice what they are wearing especially if i don't know them.
-
face. which is sad because i know i don't usually walk around with a pleasant look on my face, more stressed and worried. You would think i'd want to present a nicer appearance for people.

poeples faces

Faces first, followed by the rest of the body if female, I never notice what a person is wearing unless it is outrageous or really seductive.

I see faces first

Always their eyes

Faces, and science backs that up, we are programmed to see faces first. Our brains are designed to put alot of work into seeing and categorizing them.

Their faces

I look at the face and hair first...normally clothes don't matter to me.
-
Depends. If the clothing is, for example a glaring neon green hue that people all around a 2-mile-radius can see, well... However, if the person's face is really remarkable, that person will stand out for me even when in plain clothing.
-
Eyes.

usually the face, specifically the eyes, unless the clothes are so glaringly horrific I can't take my eyes off them.
-
Girls: what they are wearing. Guys: there face.
-
Male: their face (smile, eyes), female: what they're wearing.

Faces
-
Faces, eyes mostly. I make a lot of eye contact.
-
depends. If I'm caught face to face or catch them looking at me, I look at their eyes. If I'm just people watching at the mall or wherever, sometimes just their clothes. I think your clothes can say a lot about your personality, unfortunately, it's not something you can be sure of.

Usually face, their eyes. Then maybe their clothes. But that is only if I'm being introduced facing front. If it's someone that is just walking around, I'm sure that if they are wearing something very colorful or pretty I might notice that first.
