  • This is a good thing. It is the same law that allows sites like Digg to have posters put up information that certain powers-that-be would like to censor. They were unable to sue Digg and the freedom of information on the internet was preserved.
  • This has nothing to do with travel. You have posted your question in the wrong category on purpose, again. People have to read through the terms and conditions to understand their rights.
  • I knew the disclaimer "Answerbag cannot guarantee the accuracy of answers submitted by members, and we recommend that you use common sense when following any advice found here" meant that, but without out they could be sued I think
