  • Diarrhea is a natural body respond to a gastro-intestinal virus or a digestive system that has passed thru a bad episode. What this natural respond tries to do is clean your body. The cons are usually dehidration and nausea (besides the diarrhea itself), so what you must do naturally speaking is: -Drink liquids, preferably sugar and salt dissolve in water, which will rehidrate you. If you have nausea, drink in small sips or with a teaspoon in 5 minute intervals. -Do not eat spicy foods, the best thing is to eat saltines, white bread or soups without meat or poultry. Again, if you have nausea, small bits will work better. This will give you nutrients. -Drink regular tea. Tea hardens stomachs, meaning it will prevent the effects of diarrhea. IMPORTANT: Diarrhea is sometimes a good thing, stopping it could reduce the chances of your body to get rid of a virus. MOST IMPORTANT: This advice is not a professional medical advice, some cases of diarrhea should be diagnosed by a Medical Doctor. If your diarrhea persists for more than 48 hours, or comes with high fevers it is better to seek professional medical advice.
