  • you dont have service... its normal...
  • does your phone use a SIMS card. take off the battery and there should be a little card with your providers name on it make sure it is completly in it slot. If it isn't slide it in, if it is take it out and then slide it back in, put your battery back on and power up, if that works there you go. if not then call your provider and see if they can help you, of course on a home phone. ;)
  • This is a bit of a guess but since the phone appears to be working, even if only for emergency calls, it sounds to me (?) like your carrier has cut off your service. If you mail them checks maybe it got lost in the mail and they cut you off for lack of payment...?
