I have a 1990 volvo turbo it has a vibration when you step on the gas but smooths out when you get up to speed or let off the gas any ideas what it is?

most likely the bushes are worn in the rear axle torque arm assembly, they can be a bit of a pig to replace but it's worth it to own one of the best motor cars ever made. Please ignore stupid comments from the educationally challenged who make nasty remarks about your car
