  • People who accept nothing that isn't in the Evangelion, and that the Old Testament (not the Torah) and the Evangelion are both the word of God, and not the word of God as best translated by Man, and anything that isn't pro God is evil.
  • They love God with all their heart, mind, soul and strength. They love all people. They believe in the Bible. They have no possessions at all except the clothes that they are wearing. Everything else they did have they have sold and given the money to the poor. They travel the world, trying to spread the Word but if people don't want to listen then they move on. They might rely purely on God to keep them alive or they may have a trade of some description so they can be seen to 'pay their own way'. They never fight but they may run away, but then again, God's servants do not stoop. While they might be physically weak, they are bold but humble. As you can imagine, such people are extremely rare and even if you met one, you might not stay with them long enough to find out. Think also of this: There are many racing car drivers, and many braggarts at the pub who think they are racing car drivers. There are only a few that actually win the F1 or Bathurst or whatever other race. And so it also goes with religion.
  • the term "fundamentalist" is one who gets back to the fundamentals or the basics. the core tenets. this is something i see little from the self described christian fundamentalists. the basics would be to live as jesus or as one of the apostles, how many even attempt to do that? i can honestly say i have never seen one. i have seen people of other religions or philosophies do it though. how sad that in a religion that claims that in christ all things are possible and i've never seen or heard of anyone doing this.
  • There can be only ONE creating God...and being perfect, would have a perfect set of rules for us to follow. So there would NOT be ' multiple' ways to please him. So what does he want of us? IS his Bible to be believed? (Revelation 22:18, 19)
  • The fundamentals are to rely on Scripture. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works."
  • Pretty much any "Christian"
  • No, I am a Liberated Christian. Fundamentalists are too weird about God.
  • 8-20-2017 "Fundamentalist" is not a class, it is a vague insult made up by people who don't want to be confined by any concept of rightness.
