I suppose that would be the fault of our beloved educational system. I kid, its the lack of focus on my part, leaving me ignorant on the intention of such puncuations.

  • It relays the meaning of what the author wants to say in a more understandable manner. Lack of punctuation and badly punctuated writing can set of a different tone, giving a totally different meaning altogether from what the author wanted to say.
