Arkansas had the cleanest on the route from PA to TX. There were people cleaning and answering questions.

I do not travel by automobile very often out of the state of Texas. I can say that Texas has very nice rest areas and this comes in very handy when one needs to piss in the worst of ways. They are well spaced and usually clean.

Florida has some very nice and picturesque stops with amenities but I have not had the best of luck at such stops in Arizona.
