It all depends on what time you have to get up the next day. I think seven hours of sleep is a good healthy amount for most of us, though it's different for everyone.

I would say that around 3am is a bit too late, it also depends on if I have to get up at my usual 6:30 and won't be able to nap, too.

Late on nights where I have to get up to deal with screaming whining children, about 11 pm. Late on nights when I don't have to get up at the crack of dawn, anytime between 4-8 am.

Around 3:00AM me gets a little sleepy and then it's time to sack out till noon or so.

I would say maybe midnight to 1 AM but that's just because I go to school.

I keep telling my self I am going to be in bed by 12 or 1 am: I usually make iy between 2 or 3 am then sleep till 10 or 11 am!!! Its nuts!!!!!!

I usually get a steady 5 hours of sleep, no matter when I go to sleep. My internal clock is usually pretty good. On that logic, too late would be if I went to bed after 5 a.m., since I have to get up by 10 a.m.

That all depends on when you have to get up. Id say 3AM is all game, if you dont have to be up until 12PM.

I think 11pm is late, because my day usually starts at 6am and I generally need about 10 hours sleep a night. However, due to a few sleep issues I generally take a nap around 5am and wake at 6am.

1a.m. is getting pretty late to stay up but if I have insomnia I usually fall asleep around 5a.m.

It consider going to sleep at around 2 or 3 AM a little too late. I do ok on 5 or 6 hours of sleep, but I prefer going to sleep before 1.

i wake up at 6:50, so i try to go to bed around 10, but it's usually closer to 12. bad times to go to sleep (for me): 11:30-12, 1 or later good times to go to sleep (for me): 10-11:20, 12-12:30 yes, i feel more energetic if i go to sleep between 12 and 12:30. but it doesn't last, and i usually need a nap after i get home.

On a work night, anything after 10pm is late. On nights off after midnight is late.
