Me! Especially pickled beets.

Amazing... I just had beet for the 1st time in years! Brought back some memories!!
-
They make me want to go borscht. I haven't had a more gross and vile vegetable in my life. Count me out of the beet eaters club.
-
if it's in the salad or whatever i'm eating i will...otherwise i don't go out to buy it
-
Love them. I'm Ukranian on my mom's side of the family. Lots of beets. Lots of borscht.
-
Every once in a while I get an urge. I do like them but not something I'd eat every week.
-
GGAAAKKKK!!!! Why, did every other food on Earth evaporate yo?...
-

I love beets. A little butter, salt & pepper. Yummy! My husband and son like theirs with vinegar.
-
Love 'em! I eat them all the time.
-
Yes, I eat them, they do taste a lot like dirt though, don't they?
-
The Beet council needs some dancing beets with sunglasses. They need a Motown tune also. Maybe the Beet Farmers (possibly they are slightly too obscure). Anyway, I don't like plain beets, but borscht was one of the best things I've ever tasted! My waiter (Eugenius-you genius!) in a fancy Russian restaurant suggested the cold borscht over the hot. Oh man! I never thought I'd like beets that much! First time a statement like this ever rang true--- "You dont like beets? You've never had them the way I prepare them."
-
I don't like them. Just the pickled ones. When I was little my Mom tried to get me to like them by having me put butter and salt on them. But I still didn't like them. But later on I tried pickled beets and liked them a whole lot better!
-
My creatine mix is made with beet juice.
-
I do, on occasion.
-
Beets are the Anti-Chezter, I vomit pea soup upon contact
-
I used to think they tasted too much like dirt, but I love them now prepared cold with oil, vinegar, and carraway seed. Tasty!
-
Lets see When I can find them fresh I juice it along with the other stuff for breakfast.I eat pickled beets then use the brine to make beet pickled eggs. I eat the beets from a can my mom puts out for dinner. I roast them with other root veggies. Ive made beet chips in a convection oven. Beet salsa is great...
-
I like them boiled, sliced thin and served cold with diced onion and oil and vinegar tossed in.

I LOVE BEETS ! COLD, right out of the can. Not so much freshly cooked. don't like 'em pickled. But, there is no better ingredient to put on a salad. Sliced, whole, jullienne. ALL GOOD. Not so much the super generic brands. You know.. They call them 'natures candy'
