  • Weightlifting can be dangerous, even for the experienced. A weight miscalculation can lead to injury. That's why it's important to lift with a spotter...even if you have to ask a random person at the gym. Heart attacks have also been known to occur in weightlifters. That's an unfortunate side effect to steroid, or other supplement usage. Be careful, don't overdo it, and know your limits...you'll be fine.
