  • Nope. I drink whatever I drink, if it happens to be water, than rock on, if not, than oh well.
  • I do drink a lot of water.
  • I very rarely drink water and when I do it has to be ice cold!!!!!!!!!!
  • I just drink it whenever i feel like it so long as it's icy cold and out of a bottle :)
  • No scientific studies have ever determined the optimum amount of water. It just showed up in health textbooks in the fifties and people kept quoting it. The one thing in its favor is that the tropics are where most kidney stones occur because people lose so much water by sweating that there isn't enough left to sweep minerals out of the kidneys. And little motive to drink a lot because the warmer water is, the worse it tastes.
  • I don't drink lot's of water..i find if i drink too much water it makes me feel sick to my stomach. Not too sure why.
  • I will fill my glass with juice half way and the rest with water....that is about as close I get to drinking the stuff.
  • SOmetimes, usually, but occasionally when it's colder weather, I don't drink that much.
  • I used to be like you and wouldn't drink water. I now force myself to drink a gallon a day. My skin looks a lot better since I started doing that.
  • I drink quite a bit of water a day - but I don't usually keep track of how much. Sometimes it's about 4 cups, other days around 12. I rarely drink anything except water, though. It's what I drink with meals, and what I drink when I'm thirsty.
  • I endeavor to drink a minimum of 64 oz each day and really try more for around 80 oz. I need water very badly as dehydration is a migraine trigger for me and I live in a warm climate. I also drink water because I know it is better for my body than anything else. Can't drink milk, trying to cut out soda and I get plenty of wonderful coffees and teas at one of the businesses I own, but I have to be careful with caffeine. If you want to know what you SHOULD be drinking, try this dehydration calculator: http://nutrition.about.com/library/blwatercalculator.htm (I think the numbers seem a little high, but it is interesting!)
  • I don't drink much water from the tap or bottles. But if you take in consideration other drinks with water like tea and coffee, I'm pretty close.
  • I am like you, but really probally should drink more.
  • After my two cups of coffee in the morning, it's water the rest of the day. I've since moved my cubicle at work into the handicapped stall in the men's room. That's the only place that will fit the printer AND fax machine. The little stalls barely fit my monitor.
  • I don't know how much water I drink because I drink from a bottle. I drink about 2-3 bottles a day.
  • I try to drink 8 glasses to the best of my ability but my bladder can only take so much. On the other hand, while doing so I notice that I feel very good on the inside and my skin has a certain kind of glow to it, which is ALWAYS a good look on anybody.
  • I don't drink 8 glasses a day but i do drink it
  • I do drink water but not the recommended 8 glasses. need to work on this...
  • Hey Lippy, im the same as you!! i can drink it from one of those ice cold machines but at home i never touch the stuff, i feel really sick and kinda waterlogged if i drink a large glass for some reason. I usually drink diluting juice or coffee, thats about it...bad i know but i just cant take it!!
  • i drink a lot of water. not sure how much though. and i drink it cold or warm. room temp water is better for the stomach when i'm dancing... doesn't make me sick.
  • I really try to drink as much or more then eight glasses.
  • I drink a TON of water. Usually water with a slice of lemon or lime in it :3
  • No. But i need to piss 8 times a day and 8 times a night, as it is.
  • i dont thats for sure, recommended daily allowance is 64 oz, but i have heard that you should divide your body weight by 2 and thats the number of ounces you should consume. IE 150/2=75ounces and so on. im no dr. all i can offer is hear say :)
  • I live in Phoenix, so there is no way around it when the tempeture is over 100 for months at a time.
  • I heard that the amount of water you need to consume per day is actually less because almost everything you eat/drink has water in it.
  • I make it a point only to cosume water if it has an a alcohol content of 4.6% +/- in which case I can answer the question as "Yes when sober"
  • yeah, I drink...thanks for concerning me once again...
  • Not everyone subscribes to that rule: . http://www.scienceagogo.com/news/20020711213420data_trunc_sys.shtml
  • "You are supposed to..." Who said that? Apparently nobody can trace who actually says that, not where they got the number from. http://www.snopes.com/medical/myths/8glasses.asp While eight glasses is probably quite safe, excess water drinking can actually be harmful. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_intoxication While I would certainly say that if you are at all thirsty, have a drink, and that water is an excellent thing to drink, I would not advise anybody to drink some arbitrary amount if they do not feel the need for it.
  • Thanks!
  • no, i tend to drink stuff like green tea or coffee more rather than water
  • I drink water. I don't count the cups. I usually drink mine from a 1 liter bottle half full of ice. That way it stays cold for a nice long time. Sometimes I flavor it with a drink mix packet sometimes not. I think most days I refill it a second time so that would put me right about at the 64 oz recommendation.
  • im like you, i tend to drink more coffee or tea than water
