They have modern hotels and motels starting at $30 a night and up for a decent room.I am sure that internet would be available in these places .

like the news, internet is censored in Cuba and rationed greatly for normal citizens. 20 hours costs around $40. ...so im not sure if it would be so freely available to tourists.

All the resorts offer internet for tourists but it is very slow dialup.Cubans in many cases do have access some at university and others using internet cafes.
