Socks and shoes. I am 50+ and my mom still tells me how difficult it was to keep me in socks, and sometimes shoes. I guess it went for about 9 months old until I was about 14. I still am barefoot when I can be.

Bloody awful plastic sandles that my mother insisted we got every summer and they were always brown and uncomfortable to wear.

I hated to wear mittens. I felt partially retarded especially when I went outside to have snowball fights with neighboring kids and I couldn't throw as well as I wanted to.

Hats, gloves, scarves, snow pants..my mother believed in really layering the clothes on in the cold winter days. My sister and I couldn't move! :)

Shoes and I still do, like to feel the earth beneath my feet.

I hated to wear socks.. I hated them so much!! I would always try to cover it up with my pants, so that my mom wouldn't yell at me!!

I hated wearing jeans, only because the jeans my parents bought me were so small and tight. I looked like an idiot!

Wearing my Kung-fu shoes with no socks together with my blue levis jeans. Scary :(

Pajamas with feet in them. Later, long-sleeve soft polo-ish shirts that only have a few buttons, and sweatshirts & sweatpants. I just don't like the "soft" feeling. I need jeans or solider-feeling hiking-type khakis and shirts that button up, and I almost never put my clothes in the dryer because that makes them too soft.

my dress jacket, it was plaid and two sizes too large. I looked like a used car salesman at my first communion.

It was always those friggin bell bottom pants that seem to be in style today, but i mean the originals back in the day. The teasing would never stop even when they were in style then. God was i a nerd then.

Pretty much anything my Mother liked. Gawd, she had awful taste.

any dress my grandmother bough for me , she had crapy taste.

Slips and pantyhose. I was forced to wear them for church every Sunday. I usually ripped the pantyhose on purpose so I could take them off. I usually got stuck having to deal with the slip though.

any dress with puffy shoulders, and socks. I threw fits daily. I was a rotten child really. Still am actually.

I wasn't crazy about catholic school uniforms. I felt like I was enrolled in the Bus drivers military Academy.

When I was younger I had leg problems so I had a special pair of blue shoes.. For years after my leg problem corrected itself, I refused to wear blue shoes.

I had a sailor suit... why, I don't know... but she made me wear it.

tights and new shoes. I hated tights because they never fit correctly. And I had a pair of old shoes I LOVED, and would try to sneak to school. Didn't work very well though. :-)
