I would have to say that it is very helpful if you can go off sugar completely during the week at least. Sugar is highly addictive and it added to almost every food we eat. Just look at anything you have in your pantry and you will find some type of sugar added. I went off sugar completely and lost 5 pounds in one week. I can name two things. Fat and sugar. If you can limit these as much as possible, losing weight will be easier.

Eating nothing all day!. This will cause your metabolism to slow right down, causing your body to store fat from the next thing you eat. If you do you will probably want to binge on the night try to stick to a bigger breakfast, smaller lunch and moderate dinner

Chocolate... For me anyway. You can eat anything if you work it off. But I learnt the other day that it takes over an hour of hoovering to work off a choccy bar.

Obvious answer is chocolate, it leaves you craving more and it's really high in fat so you should stay well away from it.

I think the answer there is junk foods ... junk food make you fat if you eat too much of them you will have a hard to loosing some weights.

sugary drinks like soda (even diet), sports drinks, energy drinks, etc. If you want calories to give you energy throughout the day and for exercise, let it be from food not the liquids you drink. Drink water!
