It's hard to narrow it down to just one...there are so many good ones out there, past and present. I guess it's a toss up between "The King of Queens" and "Malcolm in the Middle". My favorite animated sitcom is "Family Guy". I am confident in answering for my husband as well. For him, it's "Seinfeld". He knows EVERY episode from practically one line heard.

All in the Family was funny in it`s time, as was The Honeymooners. Real classic comedy tv that hasn`t lost its lustre after all these years.
