Are we talking about a round object in general? If so, then certain flowers occur in a round shape, and some stones can be formed into a more or less round shape by geological and volcanic influences.

Good question to thought of! A pearl may be a shape, although it is a sphere, but if you look at it carefully, it looks naturally rounded.

Some kinds of seeds are naturally wheel shaped. Pillbugs roll up into a wheel as, more or less, do armadillos. More interesting is the question of whether there are any naturally occurring continuously rotating joints. The only one I know of is at a vary small scale, in bacteria. Some basically cylindrical bacteria can spin, continuously, their rear end, which has a propeller like object on it. This is how they propel themselves around, in much the same way as a ship.
