  • I thought I had needed to elaborate on my question. Pre-Destination says that we are created with destiny. We are pre-programmed if you will with a pre-determined set of instructions that we cannot venture from and it cannot be changed. Free-Will says that we are free to make choices free from any outside interfeerance including God's God's Soverinty says that God can do whatever He wants to to whomever He wants to. These 3 things seems to be opposed to each other, yet they are all quite biblical. How do we reconcile them?
  • Predestination: God knows what choices we will make, thus the future is certain. God sees the future like we see the past. It's like if I watch a baseball game that has been recorded. What the players will do and what the final score will be is certain, even though I did not cause the game. So it is with God. He can fully know the future without exhaustively causing it. Free Will: We are genuinely free to make unnecessitated choices. I can chose A or B. Our free will is limited by our nature- for example I'm free to flap my arms, but I'm not free to flap my arms and fly. God's Sovereignty: God's Sovereignty means that God does what he pleases. He created the world the way that he wanted to. God's sovereignty doesn't have to contradict with free will, as it may be that what pleases God the most is for his creatures to have a measure of free will.
  • They get together for a card party on saturdays and whoever wins gets the next week to do stuff. Seriously though, they don't. There is only causality.
  • They work together in the "knowledge" of knowing who God is, who was, and who is to come. John 14:1 "Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in Me."
  • There is no " pre-destination" [ our lives set so no change is possible. ] (Zephaniah 2:3) Seek Jehovah, all you meek ones of the earth, Who observe his righteous decrees. Seek righteousness, seek meekness. Probably you will be concealed on the day of Jehovah
  • Predestination does not exist. In fact it is disproved by probability wave functions. God's sovereignty means his will will be accomplished. What you call Free Will or our agency to choose for ourselves is our choice whether or not to participate in his plan and be a part of the peace joy and happiness that comes from it.
