If you are in the US, talk to your local Small business administration office; they will have all the infor you need, and help you weed out some of the extra stuff. If you have a local business group, help may be available there too. Consider the Indian or Pakistani (sorry I'm not sure which one you name is)businessman's association, They will have been through the trials you will face, and may be willing to share some information on resourses.
