An ex boyfriend , several friends and one of my sisters have had a lot of body piercing (I seem to attract pierced people for some reason - what's that all about?) inform me that the most painful is generally the one that goes through the top of your ear, followed closely by the nipples. In the case of my ex the most disastrous was definetly the Prince Albert - he ended up in hospital overnight - but actually having it done apparently isn't that painful.

I have had top of ear, ear lobes, nose & navel pierced. For me my nose was the most painfull to have pierced but it also healed really quickly. My navel wasn't too painfull but it took months to heal. Ears just stung a bit.

One time on Jackass, Steve-O had his butt cheeks pierced together. That looked REALLY painful.

I would say the lip! I accidentally poked my self with a tack through the lip and it hurt like CRAP!!!

I would say that sub-clavicles or true clitoris (not vch or triangle) piercings have to hurt the most. Sub-clavicles because that's a retarded amount of tissue and bones to maneuver through, and I think the other one, well that's just gotta hurt like a mug.

My philtrum was my most painful piercing to date (and I repierced the sucker, too!), even worse than my septum. I'd like to get my nipples done, but OUCH! I'd deal with genital piercings aside from a Princess Albertina, clitoris/triangle (I'd love a triangle piercing, but there isn't anyone qualified around here), outer labia, or the surface piercings.

nipples, but i do not have the clitorous and im sure that will be more painful i dont think any of my piercings 'hurt' but my nipple sure as hell was not a nice experience, within an hour i had a meeting in a refridgerated room, and that HURT!!

My clavicals sucked a little but not too bad. My dermal anchor was a close second.

Top of the ear was definitely worst for me, then PA...nip was the easiest, but probably because that was the most professional piercer...

vertical lobe feel the anti-tragus its a huge piece of cartilage a hell of a lot more than the top of your ear

Me & my cousin got our napes pierced together that hurt pretty bad, but we both let them close up. & I have my Naval done, & that didn't hurt as bad.

My nipple, it wasn't the piercing that hurt so much it was my son ripping it out that had my eyes watering....haha

the most painful is the nipples. it hurts. don't do it in the middle of winter it hurts the worst bec the cold. summer dont bec of the sweat. do it in the spring and fall are the best bec there is not alot of cold or heat.

septum septum septum. it is the most painful ever. ive got alot of piercings and most werent bad at all, like lip, ears and eyebrow, but the septum was evil. nearly cried. well my eyes watered alot and i was swearing so kind of cried

It was my navel, but I think it got infected or something because I couldn't bend for a good week; my lip, and dermal on my wrist though... didn't hurt a bit, unless I pulled at them.

the nipple was my worst, but getting my eyebrow piercing ripped out was fucking painful. I stupidly bought a spiked studd the same day as a wooly jumper, uh huh, use your imagination. Also, my girlfriend at the time slapped me downwards and ripped my nipple piercing half way out, I tried to keep it, but after a couple of months I had to take it out, just wouldn't heal. sorry, not really an answer to your question, more of a rant really. :p

i have my industrial, tragus, cartlidges, lobes, lip and vertical hood pierced. my industrial hurt more than anything. took many months to finally stop hurting. least painful.. lip. healed very quickly. only hurt the first few times biting it when i was eating. hood piercing was just a little pinch. -kristen

For me the industrial (bar through top of ear) was the worst not just the intial piercing but it was the hardest to keep clean and was infected more compared to my other piercings. However it looks hott =)

Having many piercings some quite uncomfortable I would add, I would have to say for my body, the industrial was beastin me, not just the initial piercing but the first month after wards was a pain. But it looks hott =)

probably my hip piercings. second to that would be when i first stretched my ears. i went from an 18 to a 10 the first time & it hurt incredibly bad.

THAT FRIGGEN TONGUE RING ALMOST KILLED ME! TOOK IT OUT AFTER 24 HOURS!!!! Ouch!!!!

All my piercings are in my earlobes and every single one of them hurt. I cannot imagine how much it would hurt elsewhere.
