As far as I'm concerned, the type of vehicle a guy drives is unimportant. What matters is the type of person he is.
-
nope. I would like that!
-
I hope the answer is NO. >>>I<<<< drive an old (not very) rusty pickup truck...:-D...
-
Not really, where I live, that is the least I should expect.
-
Not at all... Love a guy in a truck...
-
I think that's hot!. Seriously.
-
I seriously have to go buy a pickup truck!!
-
No.
-
No. Because I don't know the reason why he drives it. A)He probably drives it cause he loves that model of truck and wants to restore it. B)He didn't have a car and bought what he could afford so that if he ever asked me out and I said yes he'd have the vehicle to take me out on C)He probably was given the truck and probably has another vehicle as well D)It probably was handed down from a deceased parent.
-
heck no. my last boyfriend drove a beat up black car with this horrible green spray paint job... and it didn't bother me a bit.
-
he** no! that's all the guys drive around here, and it is seeexy! all the better to go muddin in
-
If I was the guy in the truck, I would quickly dump the bitch that had hang ups about it.
-
Not at all.
-
No, not at all! It would bother me if he drove a really expensive car that he can't afford just to impress me, and in doing so, he goes into debt.
-
Nope. It's his car, and if that's what he likes, then that's fine with me. Now if it was to the point where it could be dangerous for him to drive, then I wouldn't like it, and ONLY for his safety.
-
When I met my bf he drove a really old rusted civic with 3 different colors on it(so its not a pick up truck but the same general idea applies here). It didn't bother me at all and it sure didn't stop me from falling in love with him. =)
-
No, at least he had his own vehicle unlike my current "soulmate".
-
Hey now. Back off of us pick up truck drivers. I drive a pick up truck, A Ford Ranger with 199,000 miles on it. It is a 4 cylinder so I am in no hurry to trade it in. I haul a lot of stuff in that truck. Yes is does have some rust on the roof that I gotta take care of. I drive the truck, but I did buy my wife a new Toyota.
-
no. although, i do prefer vehicles that suck up less gas, but that's just a preference. sometimes people have a need for other types of vehicles and i really don't care about image *that* much.
-
You mean like billionaire Sam Walton did, before he pass away?
-
yes because that would mean i'm gay!haha lol sorry for answering this but if i found out a girl i liked drove a 'rust-bucket', i wouldn't really care -- its a car rite? + lots of room in the back....... seriously though i would not be too bothered......
-
No... I like old vehicles... I wouldn't mind if he didn't have much money... I don't like people because of what they have... I like people because of who they are...
-
Nope, long as he got a stash in the bank, as some I know do. A friend of my dad's drives a real piece of crap junker because he doesn't want to drive his beemer he keeps in his condo garage. Go frickin figure...
-
Cool! Maybe we could make it a project and and turn it into a resto-rod or something. I'd love to take it apart and go through it and make it really something.
-
No
-
There's a housekeeper here at work that drives an old rusted Ford and she also keeps 3 of her wigs in it. I've seen her pull up, reach for the wig of the day, slap it on, adjust it and then begin her day.
-
No not at all - i really need to get more hay in for the horses, there's a pile of rocks on a friends block that would look great as part of my pond, i have all this junk that needs to go to the tip, my rotty loves the wind in his face on the way to the beach, i bought lots of bargains at a garage sale and need to get them home, my daughters moving house and honestly the rust just would not be a problem.
-
No. Why would it? I'm not having a relationship with his vehicle.
-
Yes... The car is everything... [edit]: I've changed my mind. The guy is everything the car is a bonus. I might mind if he drove a rusted pickup but I certainly would stick around if I loved him no matter what house, car or financial situation he was in.
-
If he reminded me of John Boy Walton then 'yes', I'm afraid it would.
-
..not if it's a stick shift ;)
-
I've never understood the apparent attraction to expensive cars... It's a large piece of metal and plastic that is filled with small controlled explosions. It moves around. Big... Deal... lol, I've only met a few people who think the kind of car someone owns is especially important, and all of them have also turned out to be disgustingly shallow : P That is to say, if I liked men in that way, then no, the car is irrelevant. Love someone for who they are, not what they have ; )
-
Nope..as long as he wasn't old, rusted out and picked up other girls. :)
-
Why would that have anything to do with it? A person would have to be extremely shallow to even think of this.
-
No it wouldnt bother me, thats material and its the least of my worries.
-
No, that's not like finding out the guy you've been dating has been picking you up in his friends car because he has no job and thumbs his way around.
-
I wouldn't bother me a bit! It probably means he is thrifty, a good mechanic, resourceful, and takes good care of his things. All good character traits. In my experience, it usually means that he cares about himself and those around him too.
-
No. My guy when we first met drove this little dirty green car with rust spots, and a middle arm rest that your arm had to rest on in order for it to stay down!! but i know that those things don't matter. What matters is that he had a good heart and was a sweet guy. I was never embarrassed by his car.
-
I might actually like it. One of my favorite vehicles was an old rusted pick-up. But it had character.
-
No.
-
Nope, as long as he's got his own vehicle, i'm all set.
-
i wouldn't mind at all.
-
i wouldn't mind at all.
-
nope, wouldn't care... at least he can drive, i have been with 2 guys who didn't have a car, much less a license, and i get tired of being the designated driver.
-
Not for a second. Cars are temporary.
-
How'd you know he had a rusty pickup truck? Are you spying on me?
-
Nope not at all! At least he has a set of wheels. I'll just be in control with supplying the sweet ride :D
-
Nope, I don't drive at all.
-
No :)
-
yes it would. Because a 30 some odd year old man should have his shit together enough to have a house and a nice car...but that's the kinda of guy i like, no offense anyone.
-
I love my boyfriend, so no, it would not bother me.
-
Some people do this to find out who you really are, and what your after. I've know alot of people who drive old run down automobiles to see how you will react. I've also known a few who have nothing, and borrow nice cars. So it's best to like your date and not the ride! When I really like a guy, I just want to sit next to him, and for him to hold my hand!
-
No. In fact, under some circumstances I might think more of him.
-
No because he is a master's student with no money.
-
Nope. When I own a car, it is usually pretty old and I probably paid less than $500 for it, so why would I care what vehicle he drives? Heck, I went to the prom in my bf's old GMC pickup!
-
Not as long as I was the only girl he was picking up in it.
-
As long as he had a Bible in it it would be fine with me. Read your Bible!
-
My baby has a old beat up pick up truck, and to me this just shows that he uses it to work with. If he needs to drive something else, he can drive my Dodge Magnum with a 5.7 ltr Hemi in it or he can ride the Harley.
-
I would love it!!!!
-
no not really i love old beat up pickups!
-
If I really liked him, would it matter?
-
NOOO!!! for me that is a huge, huge turn on.
-
mmmmm kinky ;) lol
-
You're kidding right?!?! You should have seen the POS rust bucket I was driving when I met my husband!! haha
-
Of course not!! I could care less what they drove. =)
-
whats wrong with that??
-
no material things dont matter to me.
-
No .... Maybe he's got some sentimental values for the truck ....Anyways it's his choice ..I could always drive a new car :-) !
-
no. at least i'd kno he paid for it, and i'd respect that more than driving a really nice car that his dad just handed him. i really respect hard work and humility
-
no..if it gets him around, then what's the problem?
-
No, but i will be nice to know that he might have some goals to help him get over the circumstances and eventually get something better, bet definitely i'll be there if i like him, no matter what he is driving its all about attitude.
-
If I like him, I like HIM, not his things!
-
It shouldn't bother anyone unless they were that shallow.
-
No i wouldnt care what they drove as long as they treated me right.
-
No - as long as he let me drive it too! Actually I don't care what a man drives, as long as he doesn't make stupid commments about my driving!
-
I'd just be happy he could drive...
-
biggest turn-on possible
-
The guy I like (hubby) DID [when he was 18] drive an old rusted pick up truck. If the cab of that truck could talk, I'd be in BIG trouble! *hee!!*
-
As long as he parks on a hill for a good rolling start, I'm good to go!!
-
If she actually cared about the car I drive, whether she hates it or adores it doesnt matter, then she would not ever be able to get with me.
-
not really, it might be ugly but if you really like the guy then it doesn't matter.
-
Not at all
-
I would be curious what is other vehicle is.
-
i don't really care about cars and such but old trucks are kind of sexy.
-
Not if I was moving soon! ;-)
-
no. he might love it and has got more money to spend on you. plus it can mean he is not self-centred and materialistic.
-
someone's means of transportation mean nothing to me when it comes to matters of the heart.
-
Yes, a man's vehicle is a reflection of his personality. So, if the truck rusted, well, you do the math.
-
It would if it had a confederate flag in the back window and a gun rack.
-
how rusted? I've been in some very rusty cars before. My cut off is when you can actually see the pavement below what should be floorboard.
-
No at least he has his own ride.
-
no, as long as hes there i don't care what acr he's in ;]
-
That would not make a bit of difference to me. It would seem I'm more interested in materialistic things.
-
No that would not bother me at all. As a matter of fact I would not even mind a guy without a vehicle as long as he has a great personality.
-
no it wouldn't bother me. for the first 6 months of mine and my boyfriends relationship we rode around in an old rusty car.
-
All that matters is his personality not what he wears or drives BUT...... what he wears dose help
-
Oh, not at all! Pickups are great, and actually kinda sexy. As long as they're not insanely decked out- gigantic wheels and a flashy paint job scream "Compensating for something!" An old, rusty pickup has personality. If a girl is bothered by that, I'd say she's too prissy and would advise not to bother dating her in the first place. (Unless the car smells horrible or something.)
-
nope. i love it when a guy drives any kind os truck new or old
-
No. I would love it. Nothing like a Good 'Ole Boy in his pick 'em up truck. Sexy.
-
no! i think its sexyy. i love big trucks. he would just have to give me a turn to drive.(:
