My neighbor stopped by while i was raking my yard, we talked for awhile, before he left he said " I could drink your bath water" What the heck does that mean?

It's actually an old compliment- more common years ago then it is now. Yes it sounds weird, and freaky weird, but many common expressions sound freaky if you think about them. It does not mean the guy is a perv. :)

It could mean several things..it might mean that you need to bathe, therefore the water is STILL clean so he could drink it..OR it could mean he is a pervert of the worst kind who gets into drinking weird dirty stuff..I'd keep my distance from this guy!

it's a pick-up line normally preceeded by "yoer sooo perddy" also stated as I could sell your bathwater or I'd like to bottle your bathwater. Give him the benefit of the doubt, for now. As someone has said, it's a bit archaic and, if taken metaphorically, could be a compliment, at a stretch.

It sounded more like a compliment from what I am reading into it. I would take it at face value: "I could drink your bath water."......Possibly meaning that since you work hard to keep your home and yard very nice, that even your dirty bath water would be ok to drink. (Meaning that what you see as "not clean" in your home might actually be pretty damn clean to others, see?) (But keep that 45. handy...lol)

This is, like some have said, a phrase that used to be used a lot to flatter a woman. If a man is willing to drink your bathwater, it means he thinks you are beautiful (and he knows your clean, in modern terms). I'd take it as a compliment, but if it turned you off, then let him compliment you some other way when he figures out you haven't responded yet.
