  • Customer leaves car at workshope . With instructions fit new aitflow meter which he supplied. As workshop removed the airflowmeter they found a big hole in the air dust they replaced the duct cleared the errors it appears to be all good. They have another car there same model with a damaged airflow meter waiting for a deliery next week. Should they do as the first customer asked then put his old airflowmeter on the other car and send them both off.
  • Keep the customer updated, you don't want to be doing work that they won't pay for. To me it's a great idea, but I'm not the customer.
