Does anyone know how to animate a photo for free and how to modify the photo so that it fits on the Answerbag profile? If so how is it done?

I spent hours trying to get the photo to fit on my Answerbag profile by making sure the photo is less than 2MB and saved as PNG format. After loads of attempts, the photo was still not uploading successfully to my Answerbag profile. I have been using my iPhone.

the problem is on answerbag server you will never be able to upload a profile image until answerbag fix their side, I suspect during an upgrade the folder permissions were changed on the answeerbag server,

  I find that strange because I managed to upload a picture on my profile at the time when I signed up 3 years ago
