Would you wear fur in this day and age?
And if not is it because you oppose animal cruelty or because you fear retaliation from society? How do you feel about that?

Linda Joy I might be willing to try climbing inside an animal like Luke Skywalker did if it gets cold enough! I lived in Washington state and Maine for a time, so I know cold! And I agree with you 100% -
dalcocono I have some old fur items that were handed down from my grandad that I wear sometimes in cold weather. I don't have any problem with fur, other than the price!

I wouldn't pay to support the industry, but if a friend or relative gave it to me I'd snuggle in it and think about a big ole hug from them!

I would not wear fur even if the article of clothing was gifted to me. IMO Fur looks much better on the mammal.

I always worry when my wife wears a fur coat that a protestor will assault her.
